the dunamis initiative

At the heart of my work is a simple belief — that everyone deserves to have their most cherished moments beautifully remembered. The Dunamis Initiative was created to honor life’s fleeting seasons, preserving the love, connection, and quiet beauty that define them.

Photography, to me, is more than an image — it’s a way to hold onto the faces and moments that shape our stories. It’s the sound of a familiar laugh, the warmth of a touch now gone, and the love that lingers long after time has passed.

Each month, I gift one photo session to a family walking through a trying season or experiencing a life-changing moment they might not otherwise be able to document — whether it’s a grandparent’s 75th anniversary, a loved one’s battle with illness, or a single mother welcoming her first child.

Because every story deserves to be remembered — not just in photographs, but in the heart.

What inspired DUNAMIS INITIATIVE

Over the course of my photography career, I have had opportunities to take photos on missions trips for several organizations. The opportunity to serve the Lord using my talents and abilities has given me unexplainable joy. My hope is to continue to share the love of Christ by documenting important moments for those within my community, and when possible, around the world.

WANT TO SUPPORT THE DUNAMIS INITIATIVE

My goal is to provide as many sessions as possible free of charge to those who would benefit most. To make this possible, I rely on the generosity of community support. If you would like to sponsor a session, please contact me for more information on how to contribute. Please note that the Dunamis Initiative is not currently a 501(c)(3) organization, and donations are not tax-deductible at this time.

what is the future of the dunamis initiative

My dream is for the Dunamis Initiative to grow into a nonprofit organization, creating opportunities to partner with other photographers locally and globally. Together, we could build a community that shares the love of Christ through photography. My hope is that photographers would be supported financially by the community, making it possible for those who cannot otherwise afford high-quality, meaningful images to experience the gift of preserving their most cherished moments.
